It is based on the latest research in the fields of psychological diagnostics, medicine and the neurosciences. The overall aim is to assess and represent the complex interplay between the factors which are critical to professional success. Human performance results from the interaction of intellectual, emotional and decision-making processes. This interaction cannot be represented using scores on simple numerical scales. This is why the evaluation takes the form of a report which specifies the links between the critical success factors.
